Blue Jays 1992 World Series Ring
To the topThis 1992 Toronto Blue Jays World Championship ring commemorates the first World Series title won by a club based outside the United States. Sixteen diamonds, one for each year of the club’s history, surround the head of a blue jay, the eye of the bird set with a solitaire diamond.
Roberto Alomar: 1995 Jersey
To the topRoberto Alomar wore this Blue Jays jersey in 1995, the last year of a stellar five-year stint with Toronto. During that stretch, the second baseman earned five All-Star Game berths, five Gold Glove Awards, posted a .307 batting average, stole 206 bases, and helped his club to a pair of World Championships.
Joe Carter: 1993 World Series-Winning Bat
To the topTrailing by a run in Game Six of the 1993 World Series, Blue Jays right fielder Joe Carter swung this bat for a dramatic ninth-inning three-run home run, simultaneously ending the game and giving Toronto their second straight World Championship title.
Paul Molitor: World Series MVP Shoes
To the topBlue Jays star Paul Molitor wore these shoes during the 1993 World Series when he relentlessly punished Phillies pitching. In the six-game Series, Molitor went 12-for-24, collected six extra base hits, and scored 10 runs, earning him World Series MVP honors.
Russell Martin: Canada Day Jersey
To the topToronto catcher Russell Martin wore this special Blue Jays jersey on Canada Day 2017. A native of Ontario and veteran of four seasons with Toronto (2015-2018), Martin has caught more major league games than any other Canadian-born player.
Roger Clemens: 3,000th Strikeout Cap
To the topBlue Jays pitcher Roger Clemens wore this cap when he posted his 3,000th career strikeout, whiffing Tampa Bay rookie Randy Winn in the third inning at Toronto’s SkyDome, July 5, 1998.
World Series in Canada First Pitch Baseball
To the topOn October 20, 1992, Toronto hosted the Braves for Game Three of the World Series. Atlanta’s Otis Nixon hit this first-pitch baseball to center field to start the historic game, the first World Series contest to take place outside the United States.
Roy Halladay: Hall of Fame Plaque
To the topOn July 21, 2019, the National Baseball Hall of Fame unveiled this plaque honoring new inductee Roy Halladay. The 6' 6" right-hander played the first 12 seasons of his 16-year big league career (1998-2009) with Toronto. Over those dozen years with the Blue Jays, “Doc” paced all American League pitchers with 1,495 strikeouts, 148 wins, and 15 shutouts.
Fred McGriff: Home Run Record Bat
To the topThe Blue Jays set a single-game major league record by blasting 10 home runs against the Orioles on September 14, 1987. Toronto rookie and future two-time home run champion Fred McGriff clouted the final homer of the barrage with this bat.
